My name is Madeleine Skrypko and I am currently in my final year studying Nursing where I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Ballarat at the end of 2012 and currenlty seeking a graduate position at the start od 2013.
I am an enthusiastic candidate with all the skills necessary to join your graduate program and will contribute to patient centred care at your hospital. During my clinical placements at Nazareth House, St John of God Hospital, Ballarat Base Hospital and Orygen Youth Health, I learned a range of nursing skills on the job, while also developing the ability to think on my feel and problem solve.
I work well as part of a team, communicate well and have excellent attention to detail. I strive to offer the best customer service to patients and always ensure safe practice on the job. These capabilities, coupled with my sympathy, staying power and patient support expertise are what i offer as a new graduate nurse at your hospital.

About Me
My name is Madeleine Skrypko, I am 22 years old and currently living in the Ballarat area. I am currently in my final year of completing a Bachelor or Nursing at the University of Ballarat. I enjoy netball, hanging out with my friends and family and walking my dogs.
Just recently I completed my mental health placement at Orygen Youth Health which I immensely enjoyed the experience of working with young adults suffering from a mental illness. I gained a great deal of knowledge and skills which I feel with facilitate my career in nursing. During my final clincal placement later in the year, I wish to have the opportunity to develop my nursing practice further in either the emergency department, theatre or triage due to the fact that these are the areas I am most interested in pursuing.
As a young teenager, I have always been interested in the nursing profession and wished to strive successfully in making nursing my life long career. I have a general aspiration to care for people with a physical medical condition and I am willing to do what is needed to help those people to reach their full potential. I am looking forward to my future in becoing a fully qualified nurse where I will strive in becoing a competent and reliable nurse.
