My goal is to achieve career progress within the academic organisation, contributing towards the objectives of the organisation through utilising my project management and process development skills and knowledge, boosting technical skills, as well as strong peer and client relationships.
A versatile and highly motivated individual possessing extensive multi-functional experience in lecturing, leading study programme, project management (PMP™), software development, process development, configuration, asset and release management from several international companies. I have successfully developed an international study programme between Finland, USA and Germany and also planned and launched the first Finnish distance learning programme in tertiary education. I am a highly co-operative person with strong inter-personal skills who thrives in international multi-site work environments.
