ROY, he is a great friend of mine. I know him since I am in Australia. I am glad to recommend him for a position of a “Staff Nurse” as he is consistent, self motivated and a very caring person. I have found him to be very trust worthy, versatile and quick learning in all aspects and not just in Nursing. I have found even though he is of Indian origin he integrates well with Australians, and he has a pleasant and very happy personality. He also is a great Team player. I really enjoyed to work and study with him. All the best for his Professional and Personal life. Jibin Joy...

My philosphy of Nursing

My nursing philosophy is one of holistic care, delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients, families, and or significant others. I believe that nursing is an occupation consisting of professional individuals that exhibit and express compassion, respect, dignity, and integrity to their patients and fellow coworkers. My personal philosophy is to first and foremost be a patient advocate, through clear communication, education, and applying critical thinking, and decision making skills to help better the patients' outcome. As a nurse, it is important to me to provide the highest quality nursing care possible to achieve excellence in patient results, while simultaneously, providing a respectful healing environment.

Academic Goals

I would like to specialise in ICU, OT or Emergency department to be able to handle emergency situations. I was always interested to be clinical teacher and I aim to achieve that in future.

Career Goals

My goal is to become a Registered Staff Nurse and safe practitioner and to be able to work in an organization where innovation and excellence is the way of life, where my full potential will be explored and where I will get ample scope for the development of my career as a professional Nurse. I also aim to specialise in ICU, OT and Emergency departments to enhance my nursing skills in different areas of Nursing before I move to become a clinical educator as it is one of my goals.
