These all hail from my past experience as a nurse. As a nurse, I am good at calculation, analyse, evaluate and apply a wide array of information. My Philosophy in Nursing

Knowledge is the core of success in this career. As a nurse i must know diseases and disease process.I must be able to apply classroom knowledge and skills to the work place in order to be effective as a nurse.Just because i can take a nursing exam and be successful does not mean that i will be effective at applying it in the healthcare setting. Therefore,i believe that application of knowledge is much more important.More over, personality and bedside manner are also extremely important when caring for patients as well, however it is not the only aspect of nursing that will allow success.

Reflection in Nursing

Reflection help the nurses to develop thier skills and practice. It also help them to provide better nursing care. The reflection help me to gain more knowledge in order to practice well and competent in  nursing field, that is why i came to Australia and doing my Bachelor programme. After this program I am confident to practice well in Australian standards and lead to built up a successful professional career.
