The Melton City Council of Australia responsible for providing local government services to a rapid-growing community.  The end product is in the form of report which includes the appropriate recommendations for the client totally based on research and analysis. This report firstly provide an overview of the waterfall model currently used by our client and also highlight the issues faced by them. These issues can be further analysed to understand the need of introduction of new methodology that is Agile Methodology. Moreover, to change the methodology of any organisation is not an easy task as it can cause various risks which can be both manageable and unmanageable. So, in the report our team will mention the best ways to introduce agile methodology with nearly zero risk factor based on analysis and research work. However, the implementation of agile methodology help an organisation to enhance their services, which is the mail goal of this project.
