My name is Bipak Poudel. Currently, I finished my Master of Technology degree in major Enterprise System and Business Analyst. Recently, I finished working as a Technical Analyst in the project digital website using API for groceries distribution company namely Aaradhya Pty Ltd. I also finished my three month internship as junior business analyst with Stalione Group of Company which is located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Apart from that, I worked for more than a year as a junior business analyst in Surfmandu Private Limited which is IT consultant company and also as a content presenter with Midas Education Private Limited which is Educational Software Company of Nepal.

As per the requirement of Master Degree Project, me and my agile team members had the project 'Digital Website with Usage of API’s for Grocery Distribution Company' on which I worked as a Scrum Master. We used the agile scrum methodology for the project. My major responsibilities was engaging and communicating with stakeholder, arranging meeting and collecting requirements, keeping regular contact with the client and responding to the requirements change of the client and updating it to the project team member as well as scheduling the task for the team member. Apart from these responsibilities, during my project session I contributed for the preparation of the organisational business plan, analysing the website requirements and designing the related UML diagram, identifying the improvement areas in website development by reverse engineering methodology and also by taking reference from popular pre-build website, preparing project roadmap, sprint backlog, product backlog as well as jotting down as-is-system and process and mapping to the to-be system and process.

Thus, my contribution and responsibilities not only bounded on the above task. Apart from that i have to schedule the meeting time with my agile team members correspondence with the client and supervisor as per their availabilities and I also need to manage the better communication channel to flow the information smoothly. Meanwhile, I had to manage the workshops for the demonstration of our project to the client and supervisor with proper presentation slides and the contents.
