Profile Information
I am a hospitality educator specialising in Front of House studies. I attended Melbourne University gaining a Dlploma of Teaching - TAFE. This qualification supported my Trade qualification - Certificate of Waiting, I also have extensive industy experience working in residential hotels in areas of Reception, Group Reservations,Functions, Food and Beverage, and managing in the the following: Rooms Division Manger, Duty Manager, Assistant General Manager.
I have taught off shore with ITA (International Trainging Australia) training front of house staff in Vietnam for Sheraton Towers. I work with local businesses to view, assess and develop training programs for their staff.
I also maitain current industry practices and networks by working in local and interstate enterprices. It is thoroughtly satisfying to work with and see past students in one of these establishments.
