Nursing Philosophy is an international peer reviewed Journal for nurses and healthcare professionals seeking to articulate a more theoretical basis for their practice.Established in response to the emergence of a substantial research interest in philosophy as applied to nursing and health care, the Journal provides a unique forum for discussion of issues at the very foundations of nursing theory and practice. Publishing original research papers, dialogues, critical responses and books reviews, the Journal critically analyses the conception and differing accounts of the role of the nurse and the relevance of intellectual movements to nursing.
Clinical Experience:
I worked as a student nurse in pakistan from Aga Khan university Hospital in my 3 years of diploma .After finishing my nursing I start working in recovery room as nurse after that senior nurse till 6 years I worked there learnt lot of things there and that was nice experience over all.
Then i started worked as a case manager in paediatric surgery that was my wounder full experience and i was happy.

Graduate from university with a degree in bacholer, I hope to have this so I can start my
career job as anurse, I want to do this because my parents and my husband is waiting for long.
I have to do my masters but not now may be after 3 years .

To Whom It May Concern
For the past year, I studing bachelor of Nursing(post registration) from university of Ballarat. . I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here but am ready to make the move to theatre, as this is where my real passion lies. My experience in the Emergency Unit has given me the exceptional capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities easily while also delivering superior patient care.
Upon graduating from the University IN Pakistan , I was selected to participate in a 12-month graduate program in Aga khan university Hospital. This gave me experience across a broad range of recovery room and pediatric. It gave me strong administrative and referral experience including admissions, assessment, treatment and education. I have exceptional knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety issues, as we were required to do regular training on this throughout the program.
I have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with patients, families and other team members, and great accuracy in patient history, charting and other documentation.

Change is the only constant, be it in everyday life or in a profession. With the change and growth in business, it is only natural that one would have to constantly upgrade and enhance their knowledge and resources that he or she offers to the business or to the client. Therefore, upgrading one’s knowledge and resources to grow as a professional is another important career goal that one should pursue
My career goal is first I will start work as a nurse then case coorinator then hope fully manager.
