I strive to offer the best customer and nursing service to patients and always ensure safe practice on the job. The director of nursing at Holroyed hospital impressed with my skills on my placement there and offered me a position as recovery nurse.

I believe that my work experience and educational background prepared for making an immerse contribution to your organization. I am well aware with the communication and professionalism skills required to stay for long time in this field.

I am looking forward for an interview with you to discuss my education and experience. Awaiting positive response from you.

My clinical Journey

in My Professional Reflection

Nursing is a field of knowledge based on practical experiences where, they work independently and a part of team. Through out my time in the clinical placement, I have experienced and racticed many different roles that nurses play in the acute care setting.

During my third week, medical surgical rotation, I took care of post-THR patient who was preparing to be discharged from hospital. I created a care plan with nursing diagnosis, outcomes, intervention and evaluation of my interventions. Also I had the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive and holistic assessment of my case study patient. Through this experience I learned how to examine all of the dimensions, that. make up a person and see how those dimensions fit together to comprise the health of the individual. I was also able to use my assessment data to come up with few nursing diagnosis and education tip to promote my patient prognosis

By the end of my clinical placement I developed a complex decision making skills and critical thinking skills to create and manage plans of care for patients in order to optimize patient outcome.
