I am ,Mintu sasiendran a student ,pursuing Bachelor of nursing  at william light institute under university of Ballarat .I have completed my basic degree in nursing from India and have worked as a registered nurse in India for 3 months .Moreover ,i have got certificate III in aged care  & child health care .

I personally believe that ,nursing is an art which is based on holistic approach .Moreover , nurses need to have an overwhelming amount of compassion & caring for clients and their families .I have found this to be very satisfying and has helped acheive life long balance and happiness in my entire life .I have also improved my communication skills ,knowledge about health care field and am more flexible and strong in this profession as my wide experience .
