Strengths:  My main strength are confidence and communication skills. Moreover sensitivity to various culture is my key strength.

Weakness: Stage fear is one of my important weakness. also iam still having some difficulties with the Australian accent

Oppurtunities:The  work that i do as a part time aged care professional offers a number oppurtunities. working in an aged care facility let me learn more knowledge and ideas.Another oppurtunity that it helps me to improve my communication skills

My life long strategy has been one of improving myself as much as possible in any way possible. I have found this is to be very satisfying and has helped achieve in my entire life. As my surroundings and i can change my challenge will be to maintain the balance and happiness for myself and by applying evolution and growth principles in all and every aspect of my life.To become a trully successful nurse one has to manifest these values and have the required scientific medical knowledge. Looking back I can say i have made a strong start toward at becoming a sucessful nurse. I have completed a diploma in nursing in india and is about to complete the bridging cource for nurses in Australia. I have gained a lots of  from australia. I believe i am ready for the responsibilities vested upon nurses in Australia through there are some aspects i know i can still improve on.
