This is Shobha kadel Registered Nurse from Nepal, currently studying Bachelor of Nursing (Post Registration) in Ballarat University (William Light Institute) in South Australia.

Iam highly motivated, persistant, outgoing and honest person with a positive outlook, and this is added by sound time management skills and initiative.

Iam keen to secure a position within your organization where my outstanding nursing skills, people skills, communication skills, personality will be proven assets. In addition, I have expertise in problem solving and analysing the needs, evaluating and implementing appropriate nursing care needs. Upon reading my resume, you will see that iam an achiever and competent and with more than 2 years work experience in Nepal and in Australia as well. Currently Iam doing my bachelor of nursing in Ballarat University and will be finishing on july 2012.

In relation to my experience, I have two years of experience in Emergency Department in Highway Community Hospital. My skills include assurance that all the patients in emergency ward is comfortable and free of stress. I have extensive experience in inserting NG tubes, opening IV lines, suctioning, IV medication, Insulin, infusion pump, nebulisers, dressings, stitching etc. Iam skilled in assessing, evaluating, planning, prioriting and implementing appropriate care to the patients.

I strongly believe that i will be an asset to your organization as a Registered Nurse, and I already have the drive and willingness to meet all the challenges to ensure my success in that position, including a strong track record in performing within the health care environment, including emergency ward.
